Taichung's history of Spanish cuisine is short, but now boasts two dedicated Spanish restaurants.
The first, La Bodega, was opened by a French/Spanish expatriate to introduce Tapas to Taichung in the heart of Little Europe. Tapas is a series of small dishes that are shared around the table like snacks, and are meant to be enjoyed with friends over drinks.
The second, Plaza De Espana Cafe Tapas, is a cozy spot serving tapas, paella and pasta up in the Daken scenic area.
A third, Viva Cafe, serves some Spanish dishes. |
